About Better Beginnings

Better Beginnings is an emotional health and wellness clinic in Alachua, Florida, founded by Lauren DePaola a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. The clinic has as a special focus on reproductive and perinatal mental health.

Perinatal Loss support in northern Florida

Better Beginnings is located on Main Street in Alachua. We are located about 25 minutes from
the Gainesville Regional Airport (GNV). We are open Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
