Tiffany graduated with her Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Central, FL in Orlando, FL in 2011.
She has professional experience in social work, case management and mental health counseling/therapy within varied health care and behavioral health settings as well as other career experience within customer service and human resources, always putting her on the front lines of working and caring for others even out of the mental health field.
Within the health care field , her roles have included serving the geriatric , adult, child and adolescent populations and now the perinatal population, engaging mothers, babies and their support systems here are Better Beginnings for which she is sincerely grateful.
Tiffany enjoys meeting clients where they are at in life, helping them to explore presenting and deep rooted issues in order to develop practical coping strategies, approaches and tools that make sense for them in their unique journey.
She loves teaching clients concepts and skills from cognitive behavioral , interpersonal and solution focused therapeutic frameworks.
